Shipping and Handling
We offer worldwide shipping by standard airmail which does not include tracking service. However, you are strongly suggested to add extra USD3.00 for registered airmail with tracking service. We will not be responsible for any loss during delivery if you do not ship with registered mail.
We do not provide insurance service.
Our prices do not include the custom duty / tax / VAT or other possible charges. Please factor in your cost when purchasing.
Shipment will be arranged 48 hours after cleared payment. Normal delivery time is round 7-21 business days but NOT guaranteed delivery time.
Payment and Checkout
We only accept Paypal payment.
For orders in bulk, T/T is also welcomed. Buyers have to bear both the local and corresponding bank charges.
For customers in Hong Kong, we offer the option to pay by direct deposit to specified bank account of NeXtBIT.
We provide after sales service to every product we sold. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be pleased to make an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
All returns must be sent back to our office with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. The returned product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories (if applicable).
Shipping & Handling Fee is non-refundable in any circumstance.
Buyer must pay the return shipping fee while we will be responsible for reshipment fee.
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
It may take up to 7 business days for processing upon receipt of the returned product.
We reserve the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, NeXtBIT’s decision will be final.
